North Vancouver Family Session
I am super excited to share this family portrait session!
Last fall, I donated a gift certificate to Sip and Savour for a silent auction to raise funds for the BC Women’s Hospital NICU. When it comes to babies and kids, I can’t turn down an opportunity to help, even when it’s just a small gift of my time in a family portrait session.
I am so grateful that Christina and Toby Edgar of The Edgars Real Estate won the gift certificate with their donation. If you are looking to buy or sell a home on the North Shore, I highly recommend this savvy realtor duo.
These two were raised on the North Shore, still call it home today and are super passionate about what they do. It has been really fun getting to know them throughout the photography session process.
We decided to use The Pipe Shop for our session location, which was a great choice as it was a rainy February day in Vancouver. This unique location was also the venue of the Sip and Savour event, which is why Christina suggested it!
It was such a neat space to shoot, so different for me, as I am used to shooting outdoors or in people’s homes. A big thank you to Kate at the Pipe Shop for letting us in to create some super memorable images for the beautiful Edgar family.
I’ve included a few of my fave images from our session, as well as a couple iPhone snaps of the final framed prints on display in their home. I love that Christina and I truly share the same love of hanging family photos…all over the house 🙂
