This is week 12 of my Project 52 and I couldn’t help but capture a few shots of my sister introducing a whole new art medium to the boys.

It’s like having your own private art class right in your home!

I can remember using pastels as a young kid. Far superior to and not to be confused with crayons, pastels are soft and smooth. The colours are vibrant even though the name suggests otherwise.

The boys sure had fun mixing colours together and watching their Auntie doodle on the paper. With the sun shining in after a rain storm, it felt like we’d created our own little artistic sanctuary.

    To check out my uber talented sister Justine Andrew’s art go to her website, justineandrew.com . And to see what she’s up to more recently follow her on instagram.com/justine.andrew.art[/cs_text][x_image type=”none” src=”http://vairdyphoto.buhlerteach.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/P_L4759.jpg” alt=”” link=”false” href=”#” title=”” target=”” info=”none” info_place=”top” info_trigger=”hover” info_content=””][x_image type=”none” src=”http://vairdyphoto.buhlerteach.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/P_L4763.jpg” alt=”” link=”false” href=”#” title=”” target=”” info=”none” info_place=”top” info_trigger=”hover” info_content=””][x_image type=”none” src=”http://vairdyphoto.buhlerteach.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/P_L4764.jpg” alt=”” link=”false” href=”#” title=”” target=”” info=”none” info_place=”top” info_trigger=”hover” info_content=””][x_image type=”none” src=”http://vairdyphoto.buhlerteach.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/P_L4773.jpg” alt=”” link=”false” href=”#” title=”” target=”” info=”none” info_place=”top” info_trigger=”hover” info_content=””][x_image type=”none” src=”http://vairdyphoto.buhlerteach.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/P_L4777.jpg” alt=”” link=”false” href=”#” title=”” target=”” info=”none” info_place=”top” info_trigger=”hover” info_content=””][x_image type=”none” src=”http://vairdyphoto.buhlerteach.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/P_L4780.jpg” alt=”” link=”false” href=”#” title=”” target=”” info=”none” info_place=”top” info_trigger=”hover” info_content=””][x_image type=”none” src=”http://vairdyphoto.buhlerteach.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/P_L4786.jpg” alt=”” link=”false” href=”#” title=”” target=”” info=”none” info_place=”top” info_trigger=”hover” info_content=””][x_image type=”none” src=”http://vairdyphoto.buhlerteach.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/P_L4790.jpg” alt=”” link=”false” href=”#” title=”” target=”” info=”none” info_place=”top” info_trigger=”hover” info_content=””][x_image type=”none” src=”http://vairdyphoto.buhlerteach.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/P_L4794.jpg” alt=”” link=”false” href=”#” title=”” target=”” info=”none” info_place=”top” info_trigger=”hover” info_content=””][x_image type=”none” src=”http://vairdyphoto.buhlerteach.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/P_L4796.jpg” alt=”” link=”false” href=”#” title=”” target=”” info=”none” info_place=”top” info_trigger=”hover” info_content=””][x_image type=”none” src=”http://vairdyphoto.buhlerteach.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/P_L4800.jpg” alt=”” link=”false” href=”#” title=”” target=”” info=”none” info_place=”top” info_trigger=”hover” info_content=””][x_image type=”none” src=”http://vairdyphoto.buhlerteach.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/P_L4805.jpg” alt=”” link=”false” href=”#” title=”” target=”” info=”none” info_place=”top” info_trigger=”hover” info_content=””][/cs_column][/cs_row][/cs_section][/cs_content]
